Payman Abbasian is a visual developer, programmer and interaction designer. Using programming as his only tool, he develops technology to create new kind of instruments, and trying to find an alternative way of performing visuals and sounds. By generating computer vision from interaction of human with computers with combination of Iranian traditional music with it in a way that they can feel themselves as a part of the whole process. Payman was born in Meshkinshahr and grew up in Tehran, Iran in 1979. His interest in art & technology started at an early age. Fascinated by the hacker demo-scene of Amiga OS, he started programming on computers of the era. In year 2004 he becomes MCSD (Microsoft certified solution developer). But because of his passion in art and music with a range from ambient to industrial, he performed various sound visualization and installation for different bands and artists.
